Maintenance Assurance
Maintenance Assurance is a process to increase productivity by reducing breakdowns.
The key philosophy is to mandate inspections at every step of the maintenance process.
Condition Based Monitoring
By monitoring specific parameters on an asset we can check that the asset is in a healthy state before starting production. Monitoring these parameters for variations and trends will request an inspection if variations are beyond set values or trends, according to SPC rules, indicate that failure may result if the trend continues. This can lead to a reduction in the number of serious breakdowns.
Environment Assurance –
External
Environment Assurance is a process to manage the environmental impact.
The key philosophy is to control the carbon footprint of the manufacturing process across the environment
Environment Assurance –
Internal
The internal environment conditions within a production facility can have an affect on the quality of goods produced. Temperature variations on start up or adverse external conditions may need to be taken into consideration when assessing a products suitability for sale. A stable environment within equipment can lead to reduced variation in the products produced. Monitoring and visual awareness of the internal environment conditions can lead to greater productivity with reduced waste.
